Window + R = Run Command

Open Run Command Type Recent and Delete All Files

Open Run Command Type %temp% or %tmp% and Delete All Files

Open Run Command Type Prefetch and Delete All Files

Empty Recycle Bin

Open Command prompt Type del desktop.ini /a /f /s /ah /q then type cd.. press enter and retype same command press enter

Open Command prompt Type tree press Enter

Open Run Command Type msconfig goto startup option then desable unwanted programs

Open Run Command Type msconfig goto boot option then choose advance option then tick numbero of processors now choose maximum number of processors click ok.
